6.2 In the event of any technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a gaming session, misai888 will resolve the matter in accordance with its technical malfunction policy. Bets placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided at misai888's discretion.
6.3 For sportsbook and esports betting, all market rules and settlement procedures are governed by misai888's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and form part of this Agreement by reference.
6.4 misai888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at odds that were published incorrectly due to a pricing or data feed error.

8.1 All content on the misai888 Platform — including but not limited to the misai888 name and logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of misai888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from misai888.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, misai888 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services.

9.3 misai888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur.
